Our inventory reports are fully customisable and the process of delivering them can be tailored to your needs. But broadly, we offer
you your own portal to log in and view all reports with no historical time limit. All images are there, in high quality and with zoom function. The system also allows us to send a link to view, sign and comment (and even post additional images) to the tenant without input from you. Prices start from £75 per report for a Studio/1 bed property and this includes all the benefits of the online portal. We also offer packages and discounts for student accommodation and are happy to discuss options with you.
